The Hon. Mr. Wang Guanghua, Minister of Natural Resources PRC addressed the Opening Ceremony of CHINA MINING 2023

The Hon. Mr. Wang Guanghua pointed out In his speech that as the world's largest producer, consumer and trader of mineral products, China has always adhered to the new development concept and continue to promote green development and safe governance in the mining industry; adhered to the guidance of reform and continuously release the dividends of the mining policies; and adhered to mutual benefit and win-win situation and continue to promote open and cooperative development in the mining industry. The uncertainty in the current international mining market is significantly increasing, and the global mining industry is in a critical period of accelerating transformation. He proposed three initiatives on behalf of the Ministry of Natural Resources PRC. First, promote innovative development and add new momentum to the development of mining. Promote the research and application of new theories, technologies, methods, processes, and equipment for mineral resource exploration and development, and promote the organic integration of mineral resource innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain. The second is to promote green development and cultivate new models for mining development. Promote green technologies, processes, and equipment to achieve effective coordination between mining development and ecological protection. Third, promote cooperative development and build a community with a shared future in the mining industry. All parties work together to build the "the Belt and Road" in high quality, and constantly promote the liberalization and facilitation of global mining investment and trade

As China’s largest open-pit mine construction service provider, the Company is well experienced in mining of various open-pit mines.
