　　集聚各方智慧，回应各方关切，勇于变革创新。中国国际矿业大会已成功举办21届，在国际矿业领域具有广泛的影响力，已成为全球最大的矿业会展之一，是涵盖行业发展全产业链的行业高端社交平台、投资者获取信息与机会的平台、矿业权人吸引投资资金的渠道、勘查作业者了解市场动向的信息板、科学家与矿业结合的桥梁纽带、矿业市场和产业发展动向的“风向标”和“扫描仪”、解读矿业政策法规走势与矿业投资的咨询平台……

　　通过中国国际矿业大会，绿色、安全、和谐、智能、高效的中国矿业正在被世界感知。

　　我们大力推进矿业领域科技创新，加快建设数字化、智能化、信息化、自动化矿山，大力发展“互联网+矿业”，提升矿山智能化基础能力，提高矿山智能化技术与装备水平，加快生产矿山智能化改造，提升新建矿山智能化水平。

　　再一次与你相遇，在这个疫情阴霾尚未消散的深秋。新冠肺炎疫情在全球持续蔓延，经济逆全球化趋势不断发展，矿业合作前行的路并不平坦。今年大会以“责任、创新、治理”为主题，恰逢其时。此时，我们比以往任何时候都需要担负起振兴矿业的责任，创新思维模式，优化全球矿产资源治理，构建全球矿业命运共同体。

　　多家国际权威机构一致预测，在新冠病毒全球大流行的影响下，全球经济陷入深度衰退，这给处于深度调整的矿业带来严峻挑战。本已呈现的勘查复苏态势被新冠肺炎疫情扼杀，主要矿业公司虽安然无恙地度过了疫情风暴，受影响较小，但长期风险仍不确定。

　　尽管今年面临挑战，但已经出现了一些积极的迹象。中国经济的率先复苏带动中国矿业恢复，让世界矿业经济恢复看到了希望。前三季度，中国经济增长由负转正，采矿业相关指标虽没有恢复到疫情爆发前的水平，但在不断改善。

　　正如疫情防控需要国际合作一样，为了确保矿业持久复苏，首要措施就是加强国际合作，或许在今年矿业大会的设置里找到良方。

　　云巡展、云洽谈、云展厅、主题论坛、专题论坛、国家推介、项目推介、线上展览……本届大会针对新形势下全球矿业面临的热点问题，为矿业权人、投资者、技术服务商和设备制造商等各方面专业机构和专业买家及观众提供全新交流平台和全方位服务。

　　世界上任何一个国家都不能仅凭国内矿产资源满足自身经济社会发展需要。矿产资源全球供应链是一个统一不可分割的整体。面对新冠肺炎疫情对全球经济的强大冲击，任何一方面的短板，都会使矿产资源全球供应链存在断裂的可能。贸易保护主义、资源民族主义盛行，既不利于矿产资源全球供应链稳定，也会影响矿产资源自身供应链安全目标的实现。

We promote scientific and technological innovation in the mining sector, accelerated the development of digitized, intelligent, informationized and automated mines, developed the "Internet + Mining industry", improved the basic ability of mine intelligentization, improved the level of mine intelligent technology and equipment, raised the level of intelligence in new mines.

As the COVID-19 epidemic continues to spread globally, the economic trend against globalization continues to develop, the road ahead for mining cooperation is not smooth. "Responsibility, Innovation and Governance" is a timely theme of this year’s conference. At this moment, we need to shoulder the responsibility of revitalizing the mining industry, innovate thinking mode, optimize global mineral resources governance, and build community of shared future for global mining more than ever.

International authorities have unanimously predicted that under the influence of COVID-19, the global economy will fall into a deep recession, which will bring severe challenges to the mining industry. The recovery of geological exploration is strangled. Major mining companies have weathered the coVID-19 storm, but long-term risks remain uncertain.

Despite there are several challenges in this year, positive signs have already shown up. The recovery of China's economy leads to the recovery of China's mining industry, which gives hope to the recovery of the world's mining economy. In the first three quarters, China's economic growth turned from negative to positive, and indicators related to mining are improving.

Just as the prevention and control of the epidemic requires international cooperation, in order to ensure a lasting recovery of the mining industry, the first step is to strengthen international cooperation. Perhaps a good solution can be found in this year's conference.

Online tour exhibition, online negotiation, online exhibition hall, keynote session, featured forum, country promotion, project promotion, online exhibition... Aiming at the hot issues faced by global mining industry under the new situation, this year’s conference provides a new communication platform and all-round service services for mining owners, investors, technical service providers, equipment manufacturers and so on.

Featured forums include six sections: capital market, mining investment environment, corporate social responsibility, market and situation analysis, intelligent mining and innovation and development. The number of forums is simplified, while the quality is not reduced.

No country in the world can meet its own needs of economic and social development solely on the basis of domestic mineral resources. The global supply chain of mineral resources is an integral whole. In the face of the strong impact of COVID-19 on global economy, any weakness will lead to the possibility of rupture in the global supply chain of mineral resources. Trade protectionism and resource nationalism are not conducive to the stability of the global supply chain of mineral resources, and will also affect the realization of the security goal of the supply chain of mineral resources.

In the spirit of openness and inclusiveness and high quality development concept, this conference will help create a new pattern of domestic and international "double cycle" development, build a more efficient platform for dialogue and cooperative, promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese enterprises and overseas partners in mineral exploration, mining, processing, technical equipment, investment and financing, trade services, promote the prosperity and sustainable development of the international mining industry.

Nothing can separate people with shared goals and vision. As a responsible mining country, China will actively advance the One Belt And One Road initiative and international cooperation on production capacity.
