加工装备与能力
中鸿自有和外协的结构件加工厂家，拥有:
大型切割焊接中心，保证结构件加工的工艺环境和设备要求;
采用大型数控加工中心加工车架结构，一次装夹，双孔一次镗成，保证加工精度;
采用大型退火炉，整体一次退火热处理，避免车架受力引起的变型和开裂;
所有加工工序均按照ISO9001质量体系管理，保证加工质量。
装配工艺与控制
中鸿全部产品均由中鸿重机独立组装生产，全部组装过程按照核定的组装工艺文件及作业指导书进行装配，所有螺栓均按照规定的拧紧力矩校核，并全面跟踪检查和记录。
质量控制与测试
中鸿生产全过程按ISO9001体系进行全面质量管理：
外协件进厂实行逐件检验，结构件驻厂监造并全面探伤检测；
装配过程全程质量跟踪，建立完整产品装配档案；
成品除进行型式试验外，逐车进行厂区测试磨合，保证出厂产品以设计要求状态交付客户；
建立设备运行档案，根据用户现场反馈及要求，持续改进产品性能和产品质量，满足客户需求。

Qingdao FAMBITION Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd is a specialized mining equipment manufacturer set up by Qingdao FAMBITION Mining Technology Co., Ltd with investment of 10 million dollar. The factory is 77,000 square meters large in Laixi of Qingdao City. It’s a milestone of FAMBITION steering from Technology to Manufacturing.

Research & Development
FAMBITION has a team of R&D with rich experience so that all FAMBITION products are following the international trend of mining industry, to meet various demands from customers in safety, easy operation, easy maintenance, lower failure rate, higher production rate, lower running cost etc. The design and analysis are done with three-dimensional software such as Solidwork.
Fabricating Equipment & Capability
Fabrication is done by cooperation Fambition and its supplier. The equipment include
Large Cutting and Welding Center that make precise engineering;
Large CNC center that finish fabrication in one time;
Large Annealing Furnace that process the whole vehicle frame to prevent transformation or crack;
The whole process conform to ISO9001 quality management system.
Assemble Technology & Control
All Fambition equipment are manufactured independently by Fambition Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. The assembling is conducted as per Assemble-Instruction strictly, with full record to track and inspect.
Quality Control & Test
FAMBITION production process is run by ISO9001 quality management system;
All outsourced parts inspection before entry warehouse, vehicle frame is fabricated under monitor.
Assembling process quality can be tracked with files and database;
Type test and running test are made on each vehicle before exit warehouse to meet project request;
Running Files for each vehicles is established and continuous improvement is made according to specific request on site to satisfy customers.
