BOYD is specialized in consulting in terms of geology, mining, processing, metallurgy, infrastructure, environmental protection, and economic and social assessment related to metal, non-metal, coal and unconventional gas (shale gas and coal bed methane) deposit.
We have extensive experience with international mining operations and in preparing Competent Person’s Reports (CPR), Qualified Person’s Reports (QPR), and Independent Technical Reports (ITR) for international financing purposes and for stock exchange filings. We are fully knowledgeable of the listing requirements of all exchanges and internationally recognized reporting guidelines such as NI 43-101, JORC Code, SEC etc.
