Weather Forecast for September 17-23 in Urban Tianjin

Chartered Car and Self-Drive Rental Services

In order to provide transportation support services for honored guests, and cater to the needs of multi-level car, CHINA MINING 2014 adds chartered car and self-drive rental services on the foundation of continuing to maintain the traffic security services. According to honored guests’ needs, you can contact to service providers directly. During the conference, various providers will be arranged in the Service Area to provide on-site services.

I. Chartered car service

The models providing charter services (with driver) for the honored guests are the Passat sedan, Buick commercial vehicles and Coaster buses. Chartered car service is paid by day, the reference price is 800 Yuan, 650 Yuan and 1,000 Yuan ( daily limit is 100 kilometer, 8 hours) respectively, the excess part is charged separately ( Passat - 3 Yuan per kilometer, 30 Yuan per hour; Buick Business-3 Yuan per kilometer, 30 Yuan per hour; Coaster-7 Yuan per kilometer, 70 Yuan per hour ); the pick-up or see-off in Beijing Airport, Tianjin Airport and Tianjin Railway Station will be charged per round trip (including returning or going empty, see Quotation of Chartered Car Service).

II. Self-drive rental services

China Auto Rental and Peng Teng Car Rental will provide self-drive rental services (without driver) to the honored guests. Self-drive rental service is charged per day (the daily rental price can be seen on car rental service provider quotation). After the honored guests and the service providers reach the lease intentions, please be sure to sign a written agreement with service providers in order to maintain the legal rights of both sides. If disputes happen between service provider and guest during the period of implementing agreement, they should be settled by the parties concerned themselves.

Translation Services

The Organizing Committee of the CHINA MINING provides multilingual booth translation services, and all translation services require additional fees. If necessary, please confirm with the Organizing Committee before September 30, 2024. The translation price for the English booth (for the entire exhibition period) is RMB1000 /person; Translation price for booth in other languages (entire exhibition period) RMB1500 /person.
