The Organizing Committee provides the multilingual translation services including simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, accompanied translation and equipment leasing services. Meeting Room Rental
During the conference, there will be meeting rooms available for exhibitors and delegates to use for company meetings. These rooms will be available on a first-come - first-served basis. For your convenience, printing service will be offered by the organizer before this year’s event. The service will be charged. Enterprise’s Cocktail Reserving
During the conference, there will be separate enterprise cocktails available for exhibitors and delegates to use for company activity. Free Storage Service
In N1 Exhibition Hall, one FREE Storage Area and one charging Storage Area are arranged for Exhibitors.  Free Storage Area is free of charge, and Organizer doesn`t take any responsibilities for loses. Service Counter is in the Lobby of the Venue Service Area of the Registration Desks.

Free Wi-Fi
During CHINA MINING, the event is covered by free Wi-Fi services.

Note:
During arrangement of the congress and exhibition, personnel from CHINA MINING Organizing Committee should not promote or publicize any rental, printing or other relevant services at each booth. All field services shall be carried out at the “service zone” of login hall on the first floor of the venue. CHINA MINING Organizing Committee will assume no liability or responsibility for any dispute between the exhibitors and other external tenants.
